High key I’ve been enjoying cafes recently. They're the perfect place to go for light refreshments if you’re on the go like me . 🏃🏽‍♀️ This past weekend I stopped by @brooklynperkcoffee because I had to go and support another Black-owned local business. 🤎 It felt so cozy and warm just like their customer service. I met the owner Joel, shout out to him for his hospitality and welcoming me as a first timer. 🙂 I ordered a large iced chai latte with oat milk and a vanilla cream doughnut. I loved the option of having the additional sweeteners and spices on the counter if needed. ☕️ This café also offers gluten-free and vegan options if desired. They also sell candles, tote bags and cute decal stickers. Check them out if you’re in Flatbush! My favorite coffee shop in brooklyn. I am devastated to be moving out of the neighborhood but will probably make the trek back here when I can. I love their flavored Lattes. They are original and not too sweet!

baristas are all really nice and friendly, music in the shop is usually very listenable. basic coffee shop w few seats but plenty of outlets. very lowkey vibe, reasonable coffee and pastries. not really food per se, but snacks. the shop seems neighborly— there’s often families sitting and chilling.

My go to spot in the neighborhood. Service is super consistent and fast, baristas are really nice and always ready to make a recommendation. I often stay and work for hours and order multiple things. If you want the pastries I recommend going slightly earlier in the day (especially on weekends) because sometimes they go fast. When my apartment building caught on fire I took refuge here for a few hours in order to keep working remotely. Shoutout Brooklyn Perk <3

Loved it here! Wonderful baristas & service & just an all around great time. Tried their toffee, my friend got the Love Story, as well as a raspberry chai with oat milk ... wow. This will be my go to spot in Brooklyn :)

Overall rating: 4.5 Cute coffee spot on Flatbush Ave. unplanned, walked by for a quick drink. I can’t remember what I got but it was a flavored latte and doesn’t seem to show on the menu. I think it was Oreo? But I really don’t know. Anyway it was just okay. I didn’t taste the flavor at all. 1. Nutter butter latte 2. Beef empanada 3. Matcha Beef empanada was good. Matcha was alright. I want to go back and try a classic flavor. Cute ambiance regardless. Great seats for working remotely. Will def be back.

Delicious coffee and beautiful latte art. I ordered a cappuccino and it was amazing. The space was nice and cozy as well. The barista working was very friendly and made a wonderful drink.

Stopped by to grab coffee while it was pouring outside, and glad I did. Friendly service, good coffee, great music, and cozy cafe. Lovely experience and will be back again.

Cute spot! Great service! My toffee oat latte was delicious! Pistachio pastry was devoured by my toddler! And the cream cheese bagel I got was too much bagel! Very good selection of pastries and savory food items. Overall, good spot and I will be back whenever I visit Prospect Park! Now, I have a favorite coffee shop in that neighborhood I know I can go to!

We stopped by to get some Matcha! Was happy to know that its a Black owned establishment! 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 And the Matcha DID NOT disappoint! The 2 lovely black women at the front were great and suggested we try I think the Love Story or something strawberry iced Matcha after hearing the flavors we like. I'm writing this a few weeks after so Im sorry I can't fully remember but It was so good! We got the smallest sizes b/c we weren't sure if we'd like it but regretted not getting the bigger size later! We also got Empanadas and they hit! My friend got the spinach one and I got the chicken. We sincerely contemplated going back for more! Great place to stop by grab a bite and a drink! The women there were also sweet enough to give my friends puppy a pup cup as well! It was nice chill vibes there, there were people working on their laptops in there and others just enjoying their food. I will definitely be coming back!
